They can be responsible for such things as patrolling the parking lot, assisting members in attendance to locate a specific meeting room, helping to ensure the safety of the members in attendance or any other related duties, which may arise during the convention. This committee works closely with the Hotels and Hospitality subcommittee to help ensure the amicable relationship with the hotel and the general membership in attendance.
